St. Regis is a family-friendly vacation community of individually-owned condo units. The complex includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness center and sauna, a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground, a volleyball area, a tailgate bag toss (cornhole) games, and a business center.

At unit 2209 you'll enjoy a comfy condo with an oceanfront balcony overlooking the pool and a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is just a short walk from the building's elevator, which makes hauling your beach equipment a little easier. Private walkways to the beach are centrally located in the complex. After spending the day soaking up the sun with your family everyone can come back and enjoy the amenities of this great condo, including Cable TVs, a DVD player, and wireless internet!

The Master Bedroom offers a king-size Bed, a private bathroom, and deck access so you can enjoy those beautiful views as soon as you wake up. The second Bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and also has access to the oceanfront deck. The third bedroom offers a Twin over Double bunk bed. For those extra members of your party, the living room is equipped with a futon giving you sleeping arrangements for up to 8.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
