We`re back in the office today, and the snow is finally starting to melt around the island.

Over the next few days, our team will be conducting post-storm property checks, with priority given to:

• Homes that are not winterized

• Homes that are currently open for rental
  
  

A few quick notes to help us stay organized:

• ​If you have already had someone check your home,​ please let us know so we can remove you from our list.

• ​If you have an Owner reservation on the calendar​ (Not a winter block, but an actual reservation), but you`re not on-site, please let us know so we can be sure your home is included.

• Occupied homes (by guests or owners who are​ present) will not be checked.
  
  

If you do not hear from us by Friday, that`s good news — it means no issues were found and everything looks just fine.
