NC Gov. Roy Cooper has lifted the majority of the COVID-19 restrictions that were previously issued. Please review the NC.gov Covid-19 page linked below for complete details on the current regulations and remaining restrictions in place:

Effective 1:30 p.m. May 14 NC Executive Order 215:

    • Lifts all mandatory capacity and gathering limits
    • Lifts all social distancing requirements
    • Lifts mandatory mask requirements for most indoor and outdoor settings, excluding, public transportation, child care, schools, prisons and certain public health settings

Our office is open for public entry.

We do still ask that masks be worn when entering our building.

Guests checking in: please refer to emails for check-in instructions as your check-in date gets closer. 

Our staff can be reached during the office hours listed above via email at Rentals@topsailarea.com, or by calling us at 910-328-5211 and pressing 1 for the rentals department.  

As guests prepare for their upcoming reservations, please review the following helpful information:

  • Lewis Realty's top concern is our guest's safety. As you prepare for your upcoming vacation, we ask for all guests to please click the link below to review our Lewis Realty - Pre-Stay Safety Notice (link)

  • Our Housekeeping crews will continue to take extra precautions to help provide additional protections for our guests going forward. To view our revised housekeeping guidelines please CLICK HERE.

  • Check-in time will be 4 pm for all properties going forward.  

  • The option for Early or Late Checkout has been discontinued. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Our A/C died one evening and they came at 10pm to get us window A/C units until the main A/C could be fixed the next day. That kind of service keeps us coming back.
