A traditional beach cottage decorated to bring cheerful and pleasant moods to everyone on vacation! This simple two-level beach home is a fantastic place for groups to relax as they unwind by the sea. Interior shades of teals, sandy browns, and harbor greys will entice you to rest and enjoy the time you have at the beach. Take a seat in one of the rocking chairs on the oceanfront deck with a cup of sweet tea as the ocean breeze takes away your tension and worries. Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for your convenience. The house has 2 outdoor showers: (1) One is located on the walkway to the beach, is not enclosed, and has cold water only; (2) One is just off the oceanfront deck, is enclosed, and has hot and cold water. The washer and dryer are located in a separate room on the ground level in the carport area. Schoonderwoerd is a real treat for those looking for a home away from home.

The upper level of the house contains the oceanfront Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, a street-side bedroom with 2 Twin beds, and a shared bathroom between them accessed via the hallway.

The lower level of the house contains an oceanfront bedroom with 2 Twins and a street-side bedroom with 2 Twins. The bathroom is shared between the bedrooms and is accessed via a short hall. This level also contains the kitchen, dining area, and living area.

Bed sizes include a Queen and 6 Twins. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets & towels. Linen rental information is available upon request.

• Linens (Sheets and towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

• This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
