The master suite is a true sanctuary on its own, accessible through a private door to the right. This luxurious suite features a spacious bedroom with a large closet, a private bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with a wet bar/kitchenette, perfect for a morning coffee or evening nightcap. The master bed is situated near a window offering a lovely view of the resort’s lush courtyard, so you can wake up to a peaceful garden scene right from your bed.
Villa Capriani Resort is all about luxury and leisure. Enjoy the convenience of elevators, allowing easy access to all floors, and explore the array of resort amenities designed to elevate your stay. With three sparkling swimming pools, three hot tubs, and private beach access just beyond the largest pool, you’ll have plenty of ways to enjoy the sun and sand. For active vacationers, a tennis court across the street awaits, while those in the mood for a special evening can indulge at the resort’s onsite restaurant.

Oh Dear
I hope these amenities have been fixed. We are older adukts and MUST HAVE elevators!. This is our first time to N Topsail Beach, i hope it wont be our last . The guest who left that review stayed in 2024, during a period when the HOA was completing elevator repairs.
At this time, there are no reports of any issues with the elevators, and the other concerns mentioned have since been addressed. We fully expect your stay to be pleasant and worry-free. Our team will also remain available throughout your visit should you need any assistance.

Everything is broke
We have stayed at this unit many times and usually always had a great time. This year though was a disaster. The main pool was closed and two elevators was broken also. I talked to Lewis Realty a few times and was never offered any help at all. You would think they would have offered a discount on that week or my next booking but nope, nothing. The mattresses in both rooms feel like they’ve been there for 50 years, hard as a brick. The couch in the living room was the same way.
