This recently renovated duplex home is pet-friendly and provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for 8 adults. Boasting 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a spacious open-concept living room and kitchen, there is ample space for your entire family to create cherished memories.

The expansive third-floor master loft features 1 king bed, a futon, a luxurious soaker tub, an upgraded shower, a TV equipped with Roku, a built-in desk, and panoramic views from all sides of the house. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with queen beds, TVs equipped with Rokus, and a shared porch with direct access to the beach via a boardwalk. One of these rooms includes a generous en suite bathroom, while the other has a conveniently located bathroom just outside the door. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children, with a twin bed and an optional pull-out bed.

Whether you prefer witnessing the awe-inspiring sunrise from one of the three spacious bedrooms, the back porch, or the balcony, or indulging in a relaxing soak while watching the sun set over the marsh from the master's large soaker tub surrounded by windows, this property offers an enchanting experience.

The updated kitchen, complete with new appliances, invites you to prepare delicious meals. • Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway and Maritime seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

• This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
