This stunning 5 bedroom Canalfront home offers guests incredible views, a private hot tub, elevator, a screened-in porch, a private Boat Dock and so much more.
When you first arrive you are greeted by ample parking in the large driveway for up to 5 vehicles. There is an entry door on the ground floor for easy accessibility to the elevator from the parking area. Use your Keyless access code to get your vacation started! The ground floor gives you access to the garage but you can head up the stair well directly in front of the door to get to the to the bedroom level of this reverse floor plan property. On the left, you will find the first Master Suite. This room is complete with a King Bed, Flat-screen smartTV, Private Bathroom, and access to the covered canal front deck. The private bath offers a stunning double head tile shower and a double vanity sink. The second bedroom offers a Queen Bed, Flat-screen smartTV, and access to the covered canal front deck. This deck leads out to the beautifully landscaped yard and is where you will find the large Hot Tub. Kept open year-round the hot tub provides a relaxing space for the adults in your party to enjoy the view. The final bedroom on this level offers a Double/Full bed and Flat-screen smartTV. The Queen and Full bedrooms share a full bathroom located conveniently in the hallway, where you will also find access to the ground floor/ garage area and the elevator.
Head up the stairs where you will find the main living area of this beautiful home. The open living room is a fantastic space where your family can gather together after a long day on the beach to kick back while watching a movie on the large Flat Screen TV. Those who are tech savvy can enjoy a surround sound system that amplifies both inside and outside of the home. Off the living area, you can also enjoy a spacious screened-in porch that overlooks the canal and Intracostal waterway. Sip a cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening while watching the boats sail on by. If you are lucky you may even get a visit from some of our nautical friends as they swim past during your stay. The expansive kitchen is what chef’s dreams are made of. Surrounded by countertops and ample cabinets for storage, you will be able to whip up incredible meals for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas 5 burner stove, double ovens, and all of your other basic cooking needs. The interior table offers seating for 4, with an additional 4 stools at the bar and bench seating available. There is also an outside table with seating for 4 through the sliding glass doors on the screen porch. Off the living room, you will find the 4th bedroom, complete with a twin trundle bed and a Flat-screen TV. In the central hall, you will find a half bath, access to the elevator, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The trip up the final set of stairs will not disappoint. The Crowsnest offers stunning 360 views of Topsail Island and the Intracoastal waterway. The canal-front sundeck lets you sit above the rest of the neighborhood and sock in Island life from a one-of-a-kind vantage point. The spacious room offers a wet bar, a pub table, a sofa that converts to a Queen Sleeper, and a Flat-screen smartTV.
The exterior of this home may rival the interior. Guests can enjoy a stunning outdoor space on the ground level. Just off the back of the house, through the garage, you will find the covered patio with a lounge swing, grill area, and hot & cold enclosed outdoor shower. The landscaped yard is a fantastic area for the kids and dogs to run around. Please be mindful of the property limits. The neighboring lot and boat ramp DO NOT belong to the “Bella Luna” property so guests do not have access to them. Don't worry, “Bella Luna” offers two boat docks and a covered canal-front gazebo so you can really enjoy canal front living. Use the public access to put your boat in then come park right out back during your stay! The pictured boat lifts are not for guest use and will be locked from operation during the rental season.

A Full house linen package can be rented for $240+ tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39+ tax per bed.
This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
