Loved our stay here. It was perfect for our extended family of 7 adults and two children. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. It was very baby/toddler friendly as well. The location was perfect. We would stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect- the beach is a short walk over the dunes. You can see the beach from the balconies. Kitchen had everything we needed, and extras in case we ran out of any household items. The house has a lot of extra items available to use like beach toys and games. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Beautiful, spacious house with a stunning ocean view right out front — exactly what we were looking for. Great for families with little ones, since it's just a short walk over the dunes to the beach (visible from the balconies!). Kitchen was fully stocked, plus plenty of extras like beach toys and games. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The house is beautiful and spacious. Stunning front ocean view, exactly what we were looking for. Perfect choice if you have little ones like we do, a breeze to walk to the beach. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

Great Spring Break
We had a wonderful stay for spring break week. The house was perfect and accommodated young and old. Great access to the beach with great weather and amenities. We will be back next year!!!

Relaxing, Convenient, Nice!
My family of five stayed five days at this up to date beach house and it was the best time. It was super convenient being right there on the beach. It has the best view in the morning waking up to the waves and the sound of the beach. The drive to the stores and the town are very close and the elevator in the house tops it off! It has a shower which makes it super helpful to wash off sand and toys coming from the beach. It has all of the amenities you could think of and want in a vacation home. My kids especially loved the bunked beds and having their own beach view. We can’t wait to come back!

The PERFECT Getaway
This house was the PERFECT GETAWAY. The location is amazing, with the most gorgeous views and within steps of the beach. It is also within 10 driving minutes of most of the local Topsail Beach eateries. The house was fully stocked with everything you need and is especially toddler/kid friendly, as it comes with step stools in the bathrooms, a high chair, and even a baby monitor. The house is new and modern and was immaculately clean. In addition, the rental company was very helpful and responsive to a request for missing linens that were rented. We plan to return to this house annually for a relaxing family vacation that feels like home.

Perfect Spring Break
Our stay at Greentop Getaway was perfect. The top floor was open and filled with natural light with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped, the elevator made unpacking, groceries, and packing so convenient. On the beach there is plenty of space and privacy between other groups and families. I loved the keypad entrance, there was no need to “remember the key”. We hope to be back again next spring!
