La Posada
When you open the door at your vacation home, you will find a spacious kitchen with plenty of space for the family to join in cooking meals together. Directly across you have the dining room that seats 6 people and 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
After your tummies get full, walk into the living room area and enjoy the relaxing views of the ocean. Also on this floor is a full bathroom as well as a bedroom with a Queen bed with its own private balcony overlooking the sound side of the house. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find two bedrooms and a second full bathroom shared between them. Both bedrooms have two twin beds.
When it's beach time, you are a few steps from the beach. Don’t delay, book your stay at La Posada today!

The location is wonderful! It's lovely to be able to walk right to the beach and the seating on the porch is great to sit and relax. The upstairs rooms open into the living room with windows (there are folding door-type coverings) but it doesn't block any sound. Also, just to note, the bathrooms are both through the bedrooms. As one review mentioned, make sure you go with people you like. The house is clean, the neighbors were friendly and quiet, and the beach wasn't crowded.It was a wonderful get away for our family!

My wife and 2 kids enjoyed our week at Topsail Beach. It is one of our favorites because of its quiet nature. We don’t look for many activities to do other than enjoying the home and beach. The location was great beach front property about 10 minutes from the Surf Side bridge and 2 minutes from the Topsail community. The house was a good size for our small family but would not want too many people in it. The spiral staircase is steep and might make it hard for some. The outdoor furniture was great to relax in, enjoy a good book or just sit and watch the ocean. The downstairs mattress was a little too firm for us but others might like the mattress. We would recommend staying in this rental for the price, location and beach front option.

Great location
This house is in a great location and we loved that the deck had built in gates and the deck itself. However, the only way to get to the deck is through the house because the other set of stairs outside that go directly to the deck was essentially run over with plants so you couldn’t get to the stairs. The walkway from the deck going down to the beach needs replaced, lots of screws popping out and boards that look like they’re going to break (we did call about this and they sent someone out right away to get the screws back in). And the steps inside the house to go to the second floor are a little nerve wracking and easy to bang your head on. The beds in every room are hard as a rock. Cute place

This property was quite cozy and homey. The walk to the beach, and the view from the home, were huge perks. The sky lights were a plus! Far enough onto the island to not be "touristy" but close enough to shops and local options for entertainment.
