The Mandalay Bay community is conveniently located just outside of the heart of Surf City for easy access to local restaurants and shops.
When you first arrive you will find parking for 2 vehicles in the covered carport area. Use your keyless access code on either entry door to get your vacation started. A spacious foyer greets you when you first come inside and provides the perfect area to leave beach gear or take your shoes off before you go upstairs to relax. The first floor of this reverse floorplan home features 3 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms. From the top of the stairs, on your right, you will find the 1st bedroom. This Queen Suite offers a Queen sized bed, flat-screen smaaht TV, access to the top floor deck, and a private bath. The spacious bathroom is complete with a large tiled shower, and vanity sink. The next bedroom down the hall is perfect for those kids at heart. This room features an assortment of arcade games and a futon bed. The last bedroom on this floor features a Queen sized bed, flat-screen smaaht tv, and street-side views. These bedrooms have access to the full shared bath, which is located at the end of the hall. This bathroom features a shower-tub combo, and double vanity sinks. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located behind the bifold doors in the hall.
Head upstairs to the top floor where you are greeted by the open living area. The living room features ample seating with multiple couches and a large flat-screen smaaht TV. Enjoy island views through the multiple windows that surround the room. Step outside onto the spacious top-floor deck to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the sun all afternoon. When it's time to feed the crew head back inside and whip up amazing meals in the stunning well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy your family meals at the large dining room table, complete with 6 chairs. You will also find 4 additional bar stools located at the kitchen bar so everyone can eat together. The final bedroom is located just past the kitchen and offers a King sized bed flat-screen smaaht tv and street-side views. This bedroom has access to the full shared bath located in the hallway, which offers a tiled shower and vanity sink.

Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
A Full house linen package can be rented for $ 162 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.
***Please Note: The complex pool is open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA.***

All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
