We enjoyed the location

We enjoyed the location of this home and its private beach access. We had some issues with the hot water, which resulted in a dishwasher that wasn’t effectively cleaning, but a call and same day response from the maintenance company resolved those issues quickly. There were plenty of rooms for our guests but the layout of the rooms was not particularly ideal in that we constantly had to go in and out to access three of the rooms from outside the main house and one of the bunk rooms has a door that opens oddly on a steep set of stairs. Overall this was a clean home with incredible views, plenty of room and an ideal location.

So peaceful
Me and my now Fiancée, (yes I got engaged at this beautiful destination) had an amazing time here even during the off season! it was clean, it was very spacious and the views we had from this house were just perfect! the private beach access was definitely a plus!! if you are questioning staying here just do it!! you will not regret it!

Loved the location. Private access to the beach across the street. Used the hot tub daily while staring off at the beach. Enjoyed the sunset view from the rear of the house nightly. Everything worked, parking was adequate. Beds were comfortable. Views from the decks were amazing. Looking forward to the next time already.

Great 360 degree views, spacious, clean, lots of amenities and basically private beach access. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. We had a great relaxing time.

Wonderful Stay
We had an amazing stay at Oceanside Manor! The ocean views are incredible and the house is beautiful, clean, and well-designed for a family trip. It had everything we needed to make meals at home and lots of space to enjoy downtime after a day at the beach. The private beach access and cabana are so close and convenient, so it was very easy to go back and forth from the house and beach with a baby. Thanks for a great stay - we can't wait to come again!

Amazing house, location, and views!
Stayed here with family and everyone had a great time! Not only is the house spacious enough to fit everyone, but it’s got wonderful views with the ocean and sunrise on one side and the inlet and sunset on the other. Even at this time of the year, the sun was out and we were able to really enjoy the ocean. The gazebo across the street is so nice! It’s also a great distance from local food and shopping, being only about 6-10 minutes from local restaurants and shopping areas. Overall a great vacation house, definitely planning on coming back.

Great location and a ton of space! We had some AC issues but they fixed them pretty quickly during the weekend. This place has incredible views!

Can't wait to go back!
We loved everything about our trip and were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at Oceanside Manor. So many great sunrise views from the front decks and amazing sunset views from the back. Having the private beach access was like having the beach to ourselves. Can't wait to go back!

We booked this place on the front end of our Myrtle Beach golf trip figuring it was about a 2 hour drive to Myrtle Beach from here and we wanted some time near the ocean. It's not easy finding something on the ocean, big enough for 8 guys to have somewhere to sleep, but this place was perfect. All of the beds seemed comfortable and even the guys that chose to sleep in the bunk bed rooms said the beds were comfortable and that they slept well. We were really impressed with how big this place was and the amazing views. This place didn't disappoint. The place was clean and updated. From all of the bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and decks on every level, we had a great time! The hot tub on the large deck over the garage overlooking the ocean and the private Gazebo near the ocean became the favorite hang out spots for the group. The beach in front of the house was also very quiet as there doesn't seem to be any public access nearby so it was like we had the beach to ourselves. We'll definitely be staying here again although we may have to bring the families next time.

Needs work
My family and I stayed in the full rental, high tide and low tide. We were very unhappy with our stay for many reasons. The first was the parking. It is listed as 6 spots for the whole unit however we were told that we were only allowed to park in the front of the property and garage which equals a total of 4 spots. Then we were met with the horrible situation of the oven not working our entire visit in the bottom level of the home, which we were banking on using since we were a family of 20 staying in the unit. Then we found out that the room in the back of the bottom level of the home with the washer and dryer was not well ventilated/ cooled and the 8 month pregnant lady was in that room. It was awful. On top of that, we had a skirting board from the gazebo fall from the roof onto a 4 year old. The flooring in the bottom level needs some kind of safety border from the living area to the step down into the kitchen. I e had elderly people with depth perception issues that almost fell multiple times due to the stone looking all one level. We used painters tape to give contrast on the ledges where stairs were present. There were multiple chairs on the gazebo that had broken arms that pinched us and pulled apart as you sat down. The stairs leading from the driveway down to the bottom level need new friction pads as it was very warm and slippery majority of our stay. The lighting and fans are all way too high to turn off lights but leave fans running so we had to turn everything off every night. The bathroom on the bottom level also has a leak in the window which we were met with when we arrived and the whole bathroom was very musty and moldy smelling. The washer needs a deep clean as it was very moldy in the rubber ring. The middle bedroom in the bottom floor has a nice sheet of dog hair covering the mattress cover. No broom could be located in the bottom unit. The shower in the outside area never worked. Could never get any streaming services to work on majority of the tvs. All in all, I would rank our stay a 3/10. Majority if the dishes were very dirty or dusty from the get go and required cleaning to use. Pantry space is very limited. Would not rent again.
