Wake up to a view of the ocean from the King-sized bed in the master bedroom or enjoy sound side views from both of the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom offers a Queen bed with sound side deck access and the other offers two Twin beds.
Enjoy the flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, as well as free wireless Internet access throughout the complex. Sliding glass doors in the master bedroom open onto the oceanfront deck, bringing the sunrise right into the room. The living room offers an expansive view of the ocean, as well as a comfortable place for your family to unwind after a long day on the beach. The sliding glass doors open onto a wide deck that leads directly to the beach. This unit offers a full Kitchen that is equipped with all of your basic cooking and dining needs. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided in the hall for your convenience. Across the street, you'll find the community pool, boat launch, and everything you need for a fun-filled vacation on Topsail Island. Please, no smoking and no pets.
Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach access for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool open from May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Wireless internet is available in the condo. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.

Comfortable, beautiful, and well stocked with all that you need!
Topsail Island is a beautiful and special location. E117 maximizes all the reasons that people visit Topsail. The living room and balcony that face the beach make it a wonderful stay even if the weather doesn't cooperate! The whole condo is decorated with quality and care. Amazing View. Very Comfortable, clean and all the amenities
We have had the pleasure of staying in this condo a couple times now. We come all the way from California to visit Topsail and we are never disappointed with our stay. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making their renters stay comfortable and relaxing. The decor is very tasteful, items throughout the unit are easy to find and we love the personal touches they have added. Everything we needed!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. Kitchen was very complete for us to prepare a lovely Thanksgiving meal for extended family. Beds were very comfortable as well as living room for relaxing. Dolphin spotting was an added treat.- Anonymous U , Posted: 06/26/2024
Thanksgiving With A View
Our family has stayed twice in Dream Catcher for Thanksgiving week and it was the perfect way to celebrate together. The large condo allowed everyone room to spread out, and the mild temperature and direct beach access meant games and long walks in the sand. The well appointed kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving dinner easy, and the spacious layout meant nobody was tripping over anyone. The three large bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, nicely separated from the main living area. The long porch with tall chairs are ideal for coffee and sunrises, watching dolphins playing in the surf, or setting the camera for a family portrait. The laid back off-season vibe was absolutely the best way to unwind and recharge before the holidays. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
