Thank you very much for such a wonderful house! We enjoyed every second of our stay here! Your upper deck was our favorite spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kitchen is perfectly equipped for makign food for a large family. We had a great time here and made a lot of great memories.

Property is a great place to stay. Set up is excellent for family/multifamily time. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beach is only a short walk away and there is plenty of beach space even during high tide. In case of inclement weather there is covered space on the decks and garage for activities. The only downside is the backyard fence is missing sections which is a problem if needing for a pet and the outside shower needs updating. All in all, a very good experience and would not hesitate to stay there again

Perfect for a multifamily retreat
Shorely Blessed was the perfect property for our vacation needs. The bedroom arrangements / layout are ideal for a multifamily stay. The outside decks and large garage provided the cover necessary for quality communal time regardless of the weather. The property is several short blocks from the beach and public beach access. We rented a golf cart for the week which made our experience more pleasurable. Definitely worth the additional cost. An important consideration is that the golf cart is only able to be utilized within the Surf City limits. Our family and friends had an amazing time at Shorely Blessed and will definitely be back.

The layout of the home allowed our group of 9 to have a little privacy when wanted and join together as a group for meals, relaxing, and games. The upper deck was a lovely spot with plenty of furniture, and with a little glimpse of the ocean and of the intercoastal inlets in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked (except no coffee grinder - luckily, we brought a hand-cranked grinder with us) and roomy enough for us to cook together. To get to the beach, we had to walk a couple blocks, cross the highway, and then walk along a couple "blocks" of sandy path. We managed to carry our beach supplies just fine, but people with young children might have more difficulty trying to cross the busy road. Some people in the neighborhood used golf carts to get to the beach access; there is a fee for parking cars and golf carts at the beach access points. We walked to the town center a couple times, a little over 2 miles each way. You can walk along the beach to town, or along the highway. The highway walk would not be recommended for those with young children, as there are portions of the walk with no sidewalk and very little road shoulder. We walked several times to a nearby convenience store, which was maybe a 6 block walk through the neighborhood, with glimpses of intercoastal inlets and beautiful homes along the way. We recommend getting up early enough to watch the sunrise on the beach. Beautiful! The outdoor shower was wonderful, and we also appreciated the charcoal grill.

Great location, Great House, Great Accommodations
We brought a group to stay here during our Fall Break. Some of them had never been to beach/ocean. This house was well laid out, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and seating area. This kitchen was amazing with some of the nicest appliances I have ever seen in a rental. It was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be back.

Perfection
The view of this 2-story home, as we pulled into the large driveway, immediately validated our excitement to stay in this vacation rental. The keyless entry opened the door to the ideal arrangement of the 4 downstair bedrooms and 2 full baths. The spacious rooms with their full closets, chest-of-drawers and flat screen TVs gave us plenty of space to rest or just spend some personal time between activities. The 2nd story opened into a large living room and fully equipped kitchen where our family spent evening hours dining and playing games. The master bedroom and bath were also conveniently located on this level. We walked the short distance to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise, and again later in the day to swim in the warm, ocean waters. In the evenings, we enjoyed the ocean breezes and quiet neighborhood as we relaxed on the outside balconies. Shorely Blessed is a large, clean, tastefully decorated vacation rental. We highly recommend it as a place to relax and enjoy some beach fun!
