This oceanfront unit offers laminate flooring, new furnishings and additional sleeping arrangements - Surf Condos 123 is a great pick for your next family getaway. The unit provides all the basic items you will need to have a great getaway from your busy schedule. Enjoy the private balcony with an oceanfront view as you wake up each morning or as you settle down each evening. You'll certainly appreciate being near one of the complex's beach accesses, located next to the building. If you don't feel like swimming in the ocean for a day (which is highly unlikely!), go for a refreshing swim in the pool. Restaurants and shopping are a very short drive away from the central part of Surf City. Cable TV is provided for your convenience.
The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers. Two cars are permitted for each property. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises.
Bed sizes include a Queen, Queen Sleeper Sofa and a bunk bed. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.

• Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.
• No Smoking is allowed inside the property or on its decks.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per person, a bathmat for each full bathroom, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.

I love staying at Surf Condos! This trip we had a tropical storm, however, being oceanfront during it was amazing. We definitely had good sun in between and Lewis communicated throughout the storm. Great experience again!

We loved the oceanfront condo. So roomy!! We had a little electrical issue when we checked in. We called the emergency number provided and left a message. We were contacted immediately by a Lewis representative that was most helpful and got the issue taken care of quickly! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

There are no chairs or umbrellas available at that unit. They can be rented through the guest portal however, after booking. The storage is very minimal if any :/
